Empty streets, quiet skies, still waterways.  One of the defining experiences of lockdown is the stillness.  It is also one of the most important coping strategies - being still, taking time to just be.  This series is very deliberate, time taken to plan, to design, to place then to photograph.  The home at the centre, the everyday as art, the stillness of a single flower.  The deep connection with the past, anchored in time by juxtaposing precious pieces from a lifetime of collecting against the fleeting nature of life.
